Delivery

 

Delivery is completed by our own delivery drivers and vans ensuring you get the best possible service.

Cheshire Pine & Oak Ltd (“CheshirePineandOak.com”) offer delivery services across the UK. Online ordering and delivery is available for most areas in mainland Britain with the exception of Scotland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland and postcodes starting with PL, EX, TR, TQ and SA. We are still able to deliver to these areas, but please contact us for a quote.

Local delivery is free, regardless of order value. Local delivery is considered to be any delivery address in the CH postcode area, as well as postcodes in the WA6, CW6, CW8 and LL12 areas. 

Delivery to other areas (with the excpetion of those detailed above, and in the table below) is free for orders over £500. Orders under £500 will incur a nominal delivery charge of £20. Any postcodes in the following areas will be charged as detailed.

Any orders placed over the weekend and Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Your order is delivered to the address you provide when you finalise the check-out.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer weekend or bank holiday deliveries at the moment.

When furniture is delivered you will be asked to sign for it as proof of receipt. If you are not there, a card will be dropped through your door stating how to get your delivery.

We will contact you immediately if, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your online order from our showroom(s) or warehouse.

We will issue a full refund if we unable to complete your order.

Privacy & Security

All areas of the Cheshire Pine and Oak Website (www.cheshirepineandoak.com) which process customer details are protected with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. This encryption is achieved using an encryption certificate issued by a market leader in such technologies, Globalsign. Before issuing the certificate, Globalsign complete several checks to ensure you and your information are protected. Please check for the green padlock icon at the checkout screen, and at the login screen where you are asked for your username and password. SSL

We do not store your credit or debit card details. These are only processed via the RBS Worldpay system, and we do not see this information at any point during your transactions. Returns & Replacements

If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us with the original receipt within 14 days, and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. After 14 days we are unable to accept return of any item unless faulty. Refunds will be issues within 30 days of the return.

If collection is required, then a carriage charge of £50 will be payable.

To allow us to process the return of your goods correctly and effectively, please complete the following steps:

  • Where possible take photographs of the faulty areas
  • Email our returns department detailing the following:
    • Your name
    • Your address
    • Contact telephone numbers
    • Email address (if different from sending address)
    • Our order reference
    • Date of purchase
    • Attach any photos you have been able to take
    • Full details of the fault

 

Payment & Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP and payment is accepted in GBP only.

Payment by Cheque - Where Cheque payment is selected, goods will only be despatched for delivery once cheque and cleared funds have been received. For further details and clarification please contact us on 01244 881320 or via the contact us page

Due to the hand made nature of many of our products, there is the potential for small variations against the quoted dimensions. Therefore, if exact dimensions are required, or if size is a critical element in your purchase, please contact us prior to placing your order.
